Information you choose to share

We use the contact and travel information you submit to respond to your enquiry, arrange provider follow-up or process your hotel booking. Do not include passport copies, card details or other sensitive documents in request forms.

Bookings and requests

Hotel booking details are shared with the accommodation booking provider and selected hotel. Hotel payments are securely processed by Nuitee through its payment service. Duty-free, lounge and transport requests may be shared with the relevant provider to respond to your request.

Protecting forms from automated abuse

We use Google reCAPTCHA v3 to assess form submissions and help prevent automated spam and abuse. When enabled, Google processes device and interaction information for this security check. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply. A submission may be refused if verification is unsuccessful. We do not send your hotel guest details, shopping requests or card information as part of the reCAPTCHA verification request.

Your device and email preferences

Your product request bag is stored on your device. An essential session cookie, lasting up to seven days, helps protect access to your hotel quotes and booking status. Quote, booking, payment-status and request records are stored on our server to process and follow up on your journey. Newsletter signup is separate from service requests and you can ask to unsubscribe at any time.
