TRAVEL WITH CONFIDENCE

Booking & request terms

Hotel bookings

Availability and prices depend on your chosen dates and guests. Review the selected rate, cancellation terms, included taxes and any property-payable charges before payment. A booking is confirmed only after the accommodation supplier issues its confirmation.

Duty-free, lounge and transport requests

These forms request availability and follow-up. They do not reserve products, guarantee lounge admission or confirm a vehicle. No payment is taken for these requests. A provider must confirm price, eligibility and arrangements.

Airport and flight information

This is an independent travel guide. Airport information can change. Aircraft tracking relies on community data and can have gaps. Check your airline and airport screens for operational flight information and boarding instructions.
